Services
What I actually do for you
Full-service travel planning — from the first idea to the trip home. You bring the vision; the searching, comparing, arranging and chasing are handled.
What’s included
Planning, start to finish
Destination & resort matching
A short list chosen around your travel style, priorities and budget — with the trade-offs explained plainly, including which room categories are worth it and which are not.
Cruise planning
Line, ship, itinerary, cabin and sailing date compared side by side, including what the included fare actually covers and what gets charged on board.
Weddings & honeymoons
Romantic travel planned with the parts that decide how the celebration feels — the room block, the timing, the guests’ travel, and the week after the wedding.
Group coordination
One plan everybody can read: rooms, deposits, deadlines and a single point of contact, so nobody is chasing twenty people for answers.
Flights & transfers
Getting there smoothly, including the connections, transfer times and baggage rules people usually find out about the hard way.
Support while you travel
A person who already knows your itinerary, rather than a call centre reading it for the first time. Before, during and after the trip.
How it works
Four steps
1. Tell me the basics
Dates, travellers, occasion, a budget range and anything you know you want — or want to avoid.
2. We talk it through
A short call, no cost and no obligation, so the search starts from what would actually make the trip right.
3. You get options
A short list with the differences spelled out, so choosing is easy and you can see why each one is on it.
4. I handle the rest
Adjustments made, arrangements booked, documents and itinerary in one place, and support while you travel.
What it costs
For most resort, cruise and package bookings, the supplier pays the advisor a commission out of the price you were already going to pay — which is why the price is generally the same whether you book it yourself or through me, and why the perks can come back to you instead of being kept.
Some work carries a separate planning fee: air-only bookings, and highly custom itineraries that take hours of design before anything is bookable. Where that applies, you are told before any work starts.
Kimberly to confirm: her own fee policy and how she wants it worded. The paragraph above is the industry norm, not a claim about her business.
What I need from you
- Roughly when, and how long
- Who is going, and their ages if it matters
- A budget range you are comfortable with — a range is enough, and it makes the options better, not worse
- The occasion, if there is one
- Anything you already know you want, and anything you refuse to repeat
